Read the clues

Each clue includes the answer's word-length pattern in brackets, like (5,5) for a two-word, 5-and-5-letter answer.

Fill in the grid

Click a clue to jump to its first empty square, then type letters — they fill in left-to-right or top-to-bottom depending on the word's direction. Squares shared between two answers only need to be filled once.

Check your answers

Once every square is filled, press Check answers. Incorrect squares are highlighted so you can fix them — there's no limit on attempts.

Play daily or practice anytime

There's one new daily round each day, plus a practice pool you can play whenever you like. Your streak only counts daily rounds.
